RICHMOND, Va. — The Virginia War Memorial dedicated the Shrine of Memory Expansion and opened the C. Kenneth Wright Pavilion during a ceremony on February 29. Located along the James River in downtown Richmond, the Virginia War Memorial was established as a memorial to honor the memory of all Virginians who demonstrated a willingness to serve and fight to defend the United States.
