ANNANDALE, Va. — Pastor Ryan Sturgis presented the Capital Youth mission and vision to parents at Capital Baptist Church. The “Stand Up & Stand Out” campaign will offer clear and precise discipleship steps to help youth bring, belong, connect, serve and worship as active members of the Capital family with clear and measurable steps.
